Ray is the President of the UrbaniZa Group of companies. He is a Licensed Broker and oversees the sales force. He has extensive experience in sales, marketing and investment management. In 2001, Ray attained his Broker License within 12 months of becoming a Realtor. The following year, he became a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a very prestigious achievement in such a short time. 

Ray is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). This is the highest designation available in the Residential field and has a requirement of over $25 Million in sales. Other designations that Ray has also obtained include: Certified Commercial Specialist and International Property Specialist.

Throughout the past 26 years, Ray has focused on sales and marketing for various organizations and professionals. In 1996, he founded Doctors Office Network, a medical marketing company throughout the State of Florida. He sold the company to a national marketing conglomerate in 2000, and began to invest in real estate opportunities, analyzing and negotiating the purchase of distressed properties.

Focusing on Real Estate sales for the past decade, Ray has taken his sales training and abilities to a whole new level. He has assisted hundreds of people - families and businesses- with their transactions, from buying and selling to acquisition financing. Since its involvement in Real Estate Brokerage, UrbaniZa Realty has achieved over $100 million dollars in sales. Ray is also an active member of the community. Some of his activities include: Narconon International (top drug rehabilitation program in the world), Coral Gables Historic Homeowners Society, and Dade County Historic Society.
